Michael Oyamo , the man in police custody who is linked with the murder of Sharon Otieno has finally narrated the events that led to Sharon’s murder.
Oyamo is the Personal Assistant to Migori governor Okoth Obado.
Mr Oyamo doesn’t deny meeting Sharon and journalist Barrack Oduor but he denies having a hand in the murder of the Rongo university student.
He claims that he was also kidnapped by unknown men in Rongo town immediately after he had met Sharon and Barrack.
In his statement to the police , Mr Oyamo adds that his kidnappers attacked and dumped him in Kisii town where he sought for medical intervention before he proceeded to report the matter to the nearest police station.
It was while he was on his way when he got arrested by the police .
Barrack in his earlier statement had stated that they left Graca hotel in Rongo alongside Sharon , Oyamo and two other men before their car stopped after a while and two men joined them. According to him , Michael Oyamo alighted at this point.
Oyamo was yesterday arraigned in court and denied bail.
